Hey,

a server of us is getting hacked or something. It crashed alot lately and now that i monitor it i get this, and then it crashed.
What can i do to prevent this?

You can try giving ban to that steam

It's not those players, it's the second line. We banned him a couple of times already, but he keeps changing him ip

Someone is trying to hack your server with rcon , type in server.cfg rcon_password "asidnaoidn21931i293123012312;.ax1231,.,13131 " something like this

we already changed it, but he keeps trying.
We ban him, 5 minutes later he's back with a new ip

well a secure rcon password is for sure the best solution,
you also can add the following cvars to your server.cfg

sv_rcon_banpenalty "60" sv_rcon_maxfailures "3" sv_rcon_minfailures "3" sv_rcon_minfailuretime "10"

maybe you lower the max failures to ban him instantly,
so he'll give it up pretty soon
