Sorry if there is a plugin i tried searching and couldn't find anything...
Is there a plugin that lets me use the admin menu while in spectator? currently i have to join a team to get it to work, i don't want to have to do that.

Game is Insurgency if that matters.

This happens in CS:GO sometimes, it usually works if you type sm_admin in console instead of !admin in chat

I've done that. it doesn't show up at all not until I've picked a class and spawned in.

When you re dead or in spec just before u use ur bind for sm_admin open dev console by pressing ` (default).
It works for me and hope that will work for you too ;)

Not sure what i did. but i did get it to work... i ended up having to spawn in. use the admin menu command. then switch to spectator... it stayed up and comes back up after that... which is odd but i'll take it...

This is common with Insurgency. I don't know enough about SM to be able to say why it is, but it's been like that since I started working with it back in November. Selecting a team/class and then going spec seems to fix it.
