Here'S A Plugin .. iT'S Named :"Leader Of Ammo Packs & FraGs"
When Round End Game Say : " NiCk Is Leader Of Packs With 99999 Packs "
" NiCk2 Is Leader Of Frags With 37 Frags "

I have searched this plugin , i finded this but no the best !!!!

Btw not to upload amxx files. Upload sma only not amxx.

That plugin will only tell the frag and ammo packs leader at the end of every round. A green hud message will appear to tell who is the frag and ammo pack leader.
