[L4D] Unable to get SRCDS online - +ip not working correctly

If I have +ip follow by either my internal or external IPs, noone (including myself) can connect to the server in any way (I have ports forwarded, etc, I ran a tf2 server and it was just like install bam bam k online), but if I take off the +ip argument, I am the ONLY one who can connect.

Friend of mine has the exact same issue, we can't figure out whats wrong.

Anyone have any ideas?

Are you opening SRCDS+starting the server before you open your L4D, to make sure it "claims" port 27015 before your L4D does?

did you forward port 27015?
use sv_allow_lobby_connect_only 0 and try again

I've tried the command aswell, didn't do a thing.

dude do that:
1. install l4d dedicated server
2. start server normal with no +ip parm
3. add sv_allow_lobby_connect_only 0 to server.cfg or just type in sever console
4. try to connect to your server from internal network using connect command and server internal ip
5. try yo connect to your server from external network using connect command and router external ip

if step 4. fail - you have problem with configuration of your server
if step 5. fail - you have problem with port forwarding

idk about l4d, but from a tf2 server owner's perspective, it seems like you might need to check your sv_lan cvar.
