Creating Counter Strike 1.6 Installer.

Well hello, i am creating my own counter strike installer, everything installs alright, but i have a problem, when counter strike game runs it using half life - hl.exe and uses a command:
"-steam -nomaster -game cstrike -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemsbd -32bpp"

So how i can make that my installer creates a desktop shortcut for new users automatically?

SteamCMD is the installer for dedicated servers. The only thing else that might be needed is a simple batch script which doesn't need an extra installer.

So, why would you make yet another installer?

Well i am creating nonsteam installer.
