i know there are lots of cs_assault remakes out there but i can't seem to find the most balanced one for TT and for CT every assault map i find seems to be completely T sided and the CT don't stand a chance

In CSGO I find the official map to be fine.

CTs can shoot through the windows on the roof and cover specific angles as their team enter.
