In the meantime, you could try using MySQL, there's plenty service out there offer free server, 000webhost for example.

Damn I'm actually an idiot lol. I'm hosted the website on a free hosting service so my IP would not be the same as MySQL which is on my machine locally. Thanks for pointing it out Dragokas. It's working now

About the VIP reward, does it add up (already have 30 days VIP for top month earlier but get on top week again for example)? The point start counting on the first day of week you set on cfg right? So that means every week/month will have different top players for the reward (depend on how they performed on that week/month), not base on the Total point they have from the start I assume?

Yes, indeed.
There are separate counting:
1) Weekly (points starts counting from 1st day of the week), give reward e.g. 7 days of VIP.
2) Monthly (points starts counting from 1st day of the month), give reward e.g. 30 days of VIP.
All rewards are added, let's say if player had 10 days issued from Admin menu + 7 days reward as top of week + 30 days reward as a top of month, he'll receive 47 days of VIP in total.
