The Non-Steam modules are the ones that allows Non-Steam clients to join the server, they are like DProto or Reunion, for removing it: go to /addons/metamod/ and edit plugins.ini and comment with ; at the start of the line that goes to the dproto or reunion path file, or simply deleting it.
