Hi guys, can someone tell me how I can change that time when the match ends and you have to wait for the map to change?

I believe you are looking for this:

mp_chattime 25

Change the 25 to a value that works better for you. Higher number is longer time before map changes. I changed it on my server to allow more time for a song to play while the final scoreboard is showing.
