Fairly self-explanatory. Trains appear above each player every 23 to 119 seconds (actually 144-(rand(5, 11))^2 seconds), and are lethal if players don't move out of the way.
Think of it as koth_trainsawlaser, but for every map.

Install instructions:
1) Place train_rain.smx in the SourceMod plugins folder (you should know where this is, but look it up if you don't).
2) Optionally, download the ZIP file below. Place the contents of the "custom" folder in "tf/custom" on your server, and place the contents of the "bz2" folder on your fastdownload server. These are the relevant sounds for the plugin (one rain and one hit sound from koth_trainsawlaser).
3) Change the map or restart your server, for good measure.
Cmds:
sm_trainrain - default admin flag "z", triggers Train Rain manually. Spamming this should cause almost no harm, as the trains reset each time they're triggered, but try not to spam it.
Cvars:
train_rain_version - Ignore this.
train_rain_timer - default "1", set to "0" to make trains NOT automatically fall every so often. Sorry, can't set the actual timer just yet.
train_rain_cap - default "3", with the following: 1- rain on point cap, 2- rain on flag cap, 3- rain on both events, 0- neither.
Todo:
No idea. Make non-TF2-specific?
