VIP Zombie - menu doesn't work

Hi everyone. I'm trying to add vip menu using Zombie Vip 1.7.2. But the problem is when I write /vm command nothing hapens. It shows"VIP OFF".

I added myself as vip & compiled everything.

Can someone help me? I'm new to all of this.

Check for any cvars that activates vip menu. Since it says vip off, the cvar is set to block/stop showing the menu.

I am facing the sound problem. There is no menu music playing for me until the point when I play a session of Zombies and come back to the menu.
