About:
Put up this really simple plugin that adds the mani equivalent of ma_cexec to SourceMod. Noticed a few people requested this feature in sourcemod, so here it is ;)

Usage:
sm_cexec "<#userid|name>" "<command>"
sm_cexec #all "<command>" - Run the command on all clients
sm_cexec #bots "<command>" - Run the command on all bots

what commands will this work with, I searched for cvar that aren't flagged, and could only find name

yeah, just done a quick update to allow the "#all" command

runs the command on all connected clients
