Looking for this aswell, trying to change sm_ban to sm_mute with a good reason and mute time, i'll write here if i get any futher

edit: I fixed it so that the plugin instead of banning people now mutes them via sourcecomms, if any one wants the code (really simple fix) pm me and i'll upload it here!

I checked the code and it is only checking if 'voice_inputfromfile' is active on the client for more then the time you specify in the CVAR. Upon which it would do your action.

As such a person who is just micspamming by holding down his mic button wouldn't be banned.
