The purpose of this plugin is to notify certain players whether or not someone is black and white. Right now, it just prints a single notice to the chat box (or hint box) every time.

    Cvars:
l4d_bandw_notice - 0 turns notifications off, 1 notifies survivors, 2 notifies all, 3 notifies infected. Defaults to 1.
l4d_bandw_type- 0 prints to chat, 1 displays hint box. Defaults to 1.
l4d_bandw_glow- 0 turns glow off, 1 turns glow on. Defaults to OFF.

Thanks to madcap for starting this over here.
Thanks to leiftiger for updating this for L4D2 while I was finishing up the last school semester.

In future, I hope to get this working so that that there's a constant status on the side of the screen, but right now, this being my first plugin, I'd like to make sure it works as is.

    Changelog:
    1.1- Changed cvar settings.
1.11- Hopefully fixed an error with client 0.
1.2- Added option (now default) to use hint boxes instead, since they're more noticeable. Thanks leiftiger for the idea.
1.2.1- Fixed version number displaying correctly in sm list.
1.3- Officially updated to support L4D2, and added infected only notification.
1.31- Tentatively added a white glow to black and white survivors. See cvar for details.
