Supporting Non-Steam games isn't allowed. And since CS 1.5 doesn't require steam, you won't get any respond I think..

Non-Steam is a game what is by Valve and has been hacked, so you don't have to buy it, but 1.5 is not on sale by Valve, so its not non-steam.
Non-Steam = Pirated Game
Just install some ban system on your server.

Non-Steam is any game that does not use Steam. CS1.5 is technically Non-Steam though legal to use as long as you own a CD-Key.

precisely games that use steam but are cracked.
And they got labled Non-Steam Games.
But in his case its a 1.5 does not require any cracking so it aint used with steam, its separate from steam anyway.
Would be cheap calling it Non-Steam.
