I search a plugin for TFC for put a Nuke or a Bomb on the Ground and
Bomm!

You need to be more specific than that. Who plants a bomb and where? Why?

A demoman can already plant a pack of explosives on the ground, if that's what you are looking for.

only Admin can plant it around the map why for RP or funmaps or and maps it make fun.
