I remember using a plugin on my server a while back, and it was a plugin that made so you could talk like other players (fake messages) type as another player, is there any plugin that could do this?

If you get this plugin, you can use this to force players to write stuff on chat with this:

!fakeexec <target> say I'm a noob

Take note that they can see it so you should use in console sm_fakeexec <target> say I'm a noob or use in chat /fakeexec <target> say I'm a noob
