If you even have a web host and not just a file/cloud storage, look for the URL/Domain.

You will need a web host (something accessible over hypertext transfer protocol), it doesn't matter if it's 000webhost or fire-il.cl2.host etc.
If you still do not understand I would highly recommend you to get someone to take care of your services or stop them.
