Ham sandwich hooks entities based on their type, not classname.
The entity type is determined by the classname used when it is created, not the classname it has currently because that can be changed.

Great tutorial. GOOD JOOB. I will take some time to make my own NPC...

And i have one question... Where you put this folder when you finish your npc? For example, i create my npc, and when i finished, can i put him on my test server? And how? Tnx for answer.

Do you mean is it possible to save the coordinates of the NPC in a file and then load it on other servers?
Then yes it is possible. I just haven't got the time right now to write it up.

@meTaLiCroSS
Yeah I know. I just wanted to keep this tutorial consistent by using only the ham forwards.

@bibu
As above.

Thanks for the tutorial! Is there a way to make an NPC that is friendly with the players, but it kills the monsters(with HvM mod)?

Yes. But you're talking about a full fledged AI. Which is way out of my league.

Oh. And can you give me a link or something so I can make it? Or is there any way to edit something in moster mod so barneys are all friendly and don't take damage from players?

Thanks!
