What are the commands for sourcebans? And how do you use it in game?

After a correct install, you just select ban from the admin menu, select the name, the reason and Puff they are gone.

Add the Bulgarian 2 letter code to this file with your translations and replace your translation file with it.

it's not possible to translate the webpanel that easy. you'd need to search through all files and replace any english word in there..
but sourcebans 2.0 is going to have an easy translation system, so be patient;)
