This should be a hero for admins only with the best stuff. There should be 9999 hp and shield, with 999 speed. Also, I'd like to have a laser like Bass, but with guaranteed 1 shot kill, even against other Ultima's. If you could throw in stuff that would be good with it, that'd be great.

Yeah, it's powerful, but not too powerful. I think it'll be fun to play around with.
