I'm currently using sourcemod on one of my servers but I feel like I'm being forced to use csgo's buggy map voting system because I use a frequently changing map group from the workshop. It's frustrating to have to subscribe to a map, make sure the file name is what the workshop says it is, get the file ID number, and add those things to mapcyle.txt so sourcemod can read them, and do that several times a month when I change the workshop collection.

Is there a better way to do this?

I'm not sure if anyone has ever figured out where CS:GO stores its mapcycle in memory.

I was really hoping they'd use a stringtable for this. TF2 does this... and it does such in such a way that would allow multiple map lists even thought TF2 itself only uses 1.

I think you need to go to GameMode_Server.txt and mess with stuff there. Should be in csgo folder.
