Either you typed your SteamID in wrong or you didn't use the right account flags or you simply misplaced the users.ini file.

Make sure you tell the server that this is a SteamID by putting "ce" for the account flag.

Other than that, I don't know what can be causing this.

Do you have a working MYSQL database that is properly referenced in your mysql.cfg ? If you disable the SQL version and enable admin.amx does it work ?

In your plugins.ini change to look like this:

admin.amx ; admin base (required for any admin-related) ;admin_mysql.amx ; admin base - MySQL version (comment admin.amx)

If regular dont work you have other issues... but most likely you just dont have your SQL database right.... yet !

Your addons/amxx/configs/mysql.cfg needs to look similar to this obviously mirroring your settings:

If you dont have a website with mysql really just dont bother using it not much people use amx mysql. and looking at that post i dont think you have a single idea what mysql is?

sorry but if you don't know how to get your steamid you shouldn't try to set up AMX Mod X ...
