FEATURES

Receives SMS messages sent to a premium number
with PJP BAN, PJP NIK, PJP MOD, PJP MAP, PJP SAY keywords
and makes your server to act appropriately.

Customize your own mod with SMS function.
Example: a player sends an SMS "pjp mod yourtag hishernick"
and receives full money/health/weapons in CS:S.

Works in most European countries (UK and US currently in beta).

You'll need a PayPal account to receive any accumulated funds.

UNDOCUMENTED

Players can use an Internal Console Messenger to communicate.

That seems like a violation of the SDK terms of use.

Where exactly did you find a violation?
Our addon (PJPmod) doesn't create any new game concepts,
and its usage is free of charge. In our opinion,
we are only responsible for activities that occur during interaction
between a mobile network subscriber and billing aggregator.
Is it legal to use mobile payment solutions in your country?
It's your problem.

"Modified Game" ("Mod" in Valve's terms) made by us, then we're in trouble.

SMS cost may depend on country and GSM network.
In France with Bouygues, Orange and SFR it is €1.50 including VAT.
You are welcome to ask such questions per customer support's email.
