In DeathMsg, you should only call read_data once. And I think that nextthink should be globals->time + 1.0.

if you're still looking to update the plugin with some more features thought i might propose a quick idea, not sure if they're useful or not to you but thought i'd put em here.

if it's possible perhaps there's a way to include an .ini or .txt file where people can store their own names for pets, model paths so that they can add their own pets? then use their own models to fill them out so some people can allow snark pets, zombie pets, etc that are more customizable.

just a thought, not sure how you feel about it and i'm not a coder so i'm afraid i've no idea how hard/simple that would be to implement =x in any case, great plugin!

Didn't think of that for games without new rounds. I added in a /nopet command.
