I tried using this, and i'd say it finds pretty good positions.

I remade it for other purpose (as FindRandomOrigin), it worked well, but i found a problem that it finds origin pretty close to the old one, even after adding distance check it still didnt work that well. Maybe you have an idea how to make it more randomness?

After finishing my item mod and adding it to the server some problems have occured.
First of all, at the beginning of a new map items are randomly spawned as they should be but after players have picked them they all usually respawn in one particular location in mid-ground + this location is always the same (for example, in cs_assault this location is near the CT spawn). While I was testing my mod alone, there hadn't been such problems.

Another thing is that sometimes items are spawned in air. This location is usually close to some platform, edge, box so players can actually get these items but in order to do so they must jump. In de_train such locations are bewteen trains.
Any ideas ?

This is simply perfect! It's working pretty neat and I found it pretty useful.

Would I be able to use this to spawn players in the highest map point but making sure they'll fall into a safe place (not in water or any other unsafe zone) also to have a minimal distance (enough to not stuck a player into another) between players?
