Im getting the error: ED_Alloc: no free edicts after some time because I assume there are too many entities.

How do I remove the weapons off the bots after every round?

I tried:

mp_equipment_reset_rounds 1

But it doesnt seem to work.

You didn't mention the game. If the game is Team Fortress 2 you can try this command in your server.cfg to instantly remove dropped weapons:

sm_cvar tf_dropped_weapon_lifetime 0
