Obviously you can. I have a CS Community, so i'm trying to make custom CS, call it GUI if you want.... and i'm trying to edit one special CS from KGB, and i want to change this "kgb-hosting.com" to "Balkan" or maybe "Internet" or something.

I am using Steam, i'm not making it for my self. The purpose of this GUI i want to make is for players on my server. And i didn't ask what CS should i use, i ask how to change this? Thank you.

What is the purpose of making a GUI? What is wrong with the Steam GUI?
