But i have weapon_handgrenade installed on the map but i connect and no grenades? why?
weapon_handgrenade — entity from Half-Life (not from Counter-Strike).
You should remove your current FGD file (probably it's "half-life.fgd") in settings of editor, and hook up (add) FGD file for Counter-Strike, wich you can download here.

Sprites you can just add on map via some entity (for example, "env_sprite). You can use sprites from "valve/sprites/" and "[MOD_DIR]/sprites/" directories.

FGD installation (Jackhammer):
F2 (or Tools / Options) / "Game Profiles" tab / "Game" tab / "Game Data Files".

"armoury_entity" ("weapon_hegrenade" item).

Put weapons on map using "armoury_entity".
After putting the entity in the map, right click on it and select properties then choose the weapon type and how many you would like to add in that place(in the point where you have placed the entity).

Create "info_map_parameters" entity and edit "Weapon Buying" inside it ("Neither CT's nor T's can buy guns").
