I got a fix for everybody.. Just download hlds, install it in cstrike. then u get w_kevlar.mdl . first problem solved

put in cstrike after you have extracted it.
Then type in console :
mp_consistency 0
sv_consistency 0
after that
search "player.mdl" in cstrike folder and remove it. now the server will in most times download it for u again. if not. just take it back there again.
