hello

i install dodgeball and super amx plugin for example.
when i change the map another one. the plugins start immediatly.
I want to change their activity to disabled.
if i want i will enable it ?
how can i did it ?

where did i write in ? in server.cfg or amxx.ini ? cvars.ini ?
