How the hell do you do it?

Two hours into running the server and somebody doesn't understand that calling the admin a "dick licking fagzor" might get him banned.

Nah, I just ban idiots period. If they don't udnerstand the rules, then they don't have to stay on our server. 1 player is not going to make a difference. I had a 6 man pub on my computer as my upload sucked, and it wa usually full. Had about 130 bans in about 2 months, from 80% idiots, 10% hackers, and another 10% for laggers. lol.

Before I mess with em, I always copy their STEAM ID down just incase they leave, so I can ban them later.

Advice: Don't take shit from anyone on your server, if they disrespect you, give em what they deserve .

When he open Counter-Strike and join a new server and try to shoot he will exit again.
He will continue doing this like 5 times before he understand that it happends when he try to shoot
