Accent names or Hungarian words crash the server (Á, É, Í, Ó, etc)

For some reason, my server crashes when a player has an "accent" or something non english in his name. Is there a plugin that changes his name to like "Change your nick or something"? It would be really helpful, because i was playing zombie plague today and a random player with the name of "Árturió" joined and crashed the whole server. I've posted a similiar post like this but it that was Non ANSII characters. Any help would be really appreciated!
