Alright so i'm using this cvar in my server config :
sm_cvar z_lunge_release 1

What I would like to know is if there is anyway to add a delay to it of lets say 3 seconds. Because right now the disengage time is way too short and allows a team to be easily dominated by a hunter just pouncing from target to target.

I'd say hook lunge_pounce and disable the command you need for letting go (its mouse1, or +attack isnt it?) for said amount of time.

Try setting z_hunter_claw_max_buildup_time to 4 or higher (default is 3 I believe)
