Till now hlstatsx and sourcebans runned on windows machine because your hosting doesn't support hlstatsx and sourcebans. Because i want to buy new host and install sourcebans and hlstatsx on in whats the host need to support, everything to be work? Thanks

Since hlstatsx requires a daemon to run it is resource intensive so you will likely need a dedicated server.
This also depends on location of the server you are looking at because I could suggest US or North American locations but I'm not familiar with other countries such as that in the UK.
