ok i have got a new one i have had source mod installed for quite a long time with no significant problems upgraded to 1.4.1 with no problems but i just moved hosts and when i attempt to go to my sourcebans on my website all i get is a white page of nothing...

i get the database and all but nothing when it comes to the site...

Why is the webpanel showing me a blank white page? - Why is only half of the page shown?

Updating is real easy. Just upload all the files to your FTP, and then navigate to http://www.yoursite.com/updater. Now your database is updated to the latest version.

So only the webpanel needs overwriting over v1.4.0?

If MySQL is down for temporary maintenance, it won't cause any kind of issues right? Sourcebans connection to the DB will timeout gracefully and people will still be able to connect?

In the sourcebans.cfg, if I set "EnableAdmins" to 0, it won't read the admins from the SourceBans database correct? (I already have a separate database that stores admins and donators and a script that automatically updates the admins file on the server)

Admins with the "d" flag will be able to ban users and have that ban go into my sourcebans?

Yes, that is exactly how I have it set up. Also note, they must have the unban flag to get permaban.
