From the look of your plugins list, try removing smrpg_upgrade_firerate because it seems like it's the only plugin using PostThink, even though the callback looks fine. See if that helps?

Well unfortunately same crash with plugin removed.

Try removing spawntools and report back, it's known to cause crashes.

Also wouldn't hurt to update SM, its base plugins, and other plugins to the latest versions, I noticed at the very least your Sourcebans plugins were all pretty out of date.
