He people First, sorry for my bad english I am from Uruguya and idk a lot.
I buy a server becose i want a hns with good ping i dont have any one .

My problem with this server is the Only Knife on ct. Now they have pistol / and knife

The server only has 1 slot

my command line launch is:
-game csgo -norestart -console -condebug -usercon +game_type 0 +game_mode 0 -maxplayers_override 16 +maxplayers 16 +exec server.cfg +mapgroup mg_active +map hns_rooftops_v5 -ip 190.0.164.185 -port 27018 -tickrate 64 -norestart -nohltv

This comands are in the server.cfg
sm_cvar bot_quota 0
mp_ct_default_primary weapon_knife
mp_t_default_primary weapon_flashbang
bot_join_after_player 0

While I'm not understanding the full spectrum of your problem, I can say those cvars your putting in your server.cfg are in gamemodes files too, and your putting them in the wrong place by trying to put them in your server.cfg. They will do nothing there. So read this wiki and understand all of and the order .cfg files are ran in csgo!
