Would I be able to say add to the awp a negative number to make it less powerful?

Nope, not in this version at least.

If I were to add that to this plugin, stats would probably really be messed up ( damage wise ) then because I would probably have to block all hits and adjust the player's health according.

Yes. With the version I posted on page 1 around the bottom of it. Jsut download and try it out urself.

can someone supply us with the real existing dmg of weapons in cstrike ?

it gives me error "invalid player id 0"
runtime error 10

propably at HE hit

Is it possible to disable dammages for Knife ?
I would like that knifing do 0 dmg !

Nope. You can only increase the damage with this plugin.
