**I HAVE WATCHED VIDEOS READ THREADS AND I DONT SEE WHATS WRONG**

so i have edited the admin simple ini file with the following at the END OF THE FILE AWAY FROM COMMENTS

i used the steamid website to acquire our id's

when i go into the server and !admin nothing happens.. when im at my server panel and sm_admin it says unrecognized command sm_reloadadmins does the same thing.

while in the server i can rcon sm and get all the commands and options so i know its installed but for whatever reason my steam ids will not work

First of all, ensure you follow the correct format as shown by example in admins_simple.ini.

Secondly (but most importantly), it appears as though sourcemod and/or metamod is not installed correctly. Verify you have installed both correctly. https://wiki.alliedmods.net/Installing_sourcemod
