I have multiple csgo servers running on a linux unbuntu server. I have multiple ip addresses
configured. One of my servers uses the default 27015 port while the rest always go to 27016. Each
server uses its own ip address. On the servers with the port 27016, i put hostname in console
"hostname" = "27015". I have tried putting -port 27015.

What about your IP parameter in your commandline? Can you show them for all?

./srcds_run -game csgo -autoupdate -steam_dir /home/csgodm/steamcmd/ -steamcmd_script update.txt -console -usercon +game_type 0 +game_mode 0 +mapgroup mg_active +map de_dust2 -maxplayers_override 20 -tickrate 128 -ip 144.217.186.122

Full commandline. I use this for all servers just changed ip address and update directory

Always specify the port.

You can try:

-ip
+net_public_adr
-port

Using all three now but still goes to 27016 port
