It's mean when a player will die then the player will respawn automatic right ??

Not at all. I'm not sure how you can say that when description doesn't talk at all about player's respawn lol.
Plugin is just about forcing to end a round.

Is it possible through the use of the API to terminate the round without a full reset in terms of team wins, player scores and all that? Regardless of the conditions, such as if the map has an objective or not, if there are players on both teams or not, and so on?

How does a round end reset the player scores?
This plugin just ends a round if called.

A lot of things reset when the game commences? And it does that based on various conditions.

Another question that's slightly unrelated but also related to terminating rounds. Would it be possible to set m_bFirstConnected to true permanently? As that seems to be one of the checks that are required to commence the game. Would there be any possible "side effects" to that?

Arkshine, are the signatures updated? (Don't want to mess up the plugin now if they are not updated since i am already using a module. I just prefer to use this since the module blocks round end by default and i need to hardcode round end at ham_killed/disconnect..)
