This is a nice plugin, I may give it a go but I fear a lot of issues arising from other plugins such as Gun Control ammo scavenge or giving ammo to other players.. However I want to say that changing ammo types via Silvers Weapon Editor was indeed possible too, with it I was able to changing Military Sniper ammo into Hunting Rifle ammo which made management easier in between bolt actions and semi-auto's, however this requires modification of all plugins which also relies on the original weapon id to be modified as hunting rifle.

i believe the author just forgot to put the weapon into the .cfg file. simply putting it in manually next to the other weapons should work.

I didn't realised I forgot to include it, whoops, but yes its correct that including the SG552's entity classname is all that's necessary. Soon nobody else will deal with this oddity anymore - I recently uploaded v1.1 of the plugin which addresses this issue.

- Fixed a bug where SM is misled into thinking DHook is a plugin dependancy, rather than an extension. 
- Updated the config file:
- - Revised a comment about ammo types. (The phrasing was awful)
- - MP5's reserve ammo count matches the other SMGs (650 --> 500)
- - Fixed the SG552's forgotten inclusion, its now present in the config file by default.
- Likely the final update for this plugin; its already finished to me now, and aged fine.

Could you make pistol and magnum can take ammo when their ammo type has changed and set to a limited value?

When I use sm_give ( look like sv_cheats 1 and use command give ) to retrieve a gun but no full ammo of the gun , Ex: I use sm_give to retrieve to ak47 but have 360 ammo not have 660 ammo i setting , but map spawn always have ammo of the gun exactly what I booked , can you fix? Plugin gun controls look like you plugin but haven't error https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=112156

Using "give" to give weapon directly, the weapon ammo won't change.

To solve this problem, add the following cvars in server.cfg
