Non approved plugins?

I dont know if you guys already thought of, but maybe making a seprate page for only moderators or w/e to look at plugins and such and approve them before they are added to the main plugin forum?

should give reasons why it would be disapproved or w.e so then the maker could learn what he should fix.

Moderators are able to see what has not been approved already.

However, it needs improving on the admin side. The public will see some more changes over the next few days.
