Since the last CS patch 2/22 of my servers have started experiencing this strange error.
Typically rather than identify the issue I opted to wipe the servers and install from scratch however they are no longer downloading any files from the steam servers even after a fresh install of ubuntu.
I had another friend who recently had a similar problem which corrected itself after a few days and was wondering if anyone had seen this issue in the past.
The servers have fresh installs with around 50GB of free space.
Issue was due to the steam updater not being able to see the size of my virtual disk. When I tried updating from the root user additional debug was produced. To correct the issue I gave my jail user more permissions.
