I am looking for a solution for this plugin,(https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=836849)
since it has the error in the first maps, the door is bug.
In case if there is no solution you could say an add-on that contains similar characteristics.

If you just want the feature that stops players from rushing out the saferoom before all players finish loading, then use my Anti-Speedrunner System. If not, then disregard this post.
