Revive plugin for TF2Jailbreak

So, I finally got TF2Jailbreak working on my server, and I wanted it to be pretty close to the server that I often play on (not very close, just enough to feel like I'm on one of their servers) and their server has a revive plugin, does anybody know of a revive plugin for TF2 that is not overpowered, and can only revive a set amount of times?
Also, I checked on the other server's website, all they link to is the TF2Jailbreak plugin.

Do you mean by only admins can revive?

You should request features in the plugins thread, probably be easier for you.

Yeah, only admins revive once and nobody else.
