think he's wanting a menu plugin showing for each type of gun, a skin selection menu
for example. /ak47 and popups menu handler for ak skins,
u might want to make it more advanced so its saves the skin that you choose when player dead and changed map...
I THINK THATS WHAT HE WANTS...

or...

you open a /skins menu handler showing a special skin for all weapons...
you can turn em off and on like pause plugins..
