Hello, i hope someone can help me with a script for manage admins(mysql) .

Example:
I move admins acces to a database, in that database to connect a script where need user / password for login, then there can edit the admins.

Do you mean WEB admin administration for admin_sql.amxx and corresponding database structure?
The quickest solution is AMXBans but it can cause some bugs, so you may look at advancedbans_sql version. I've seen web script for it, but I'm not sure where exactly

advanced bans sql is seriously fucked up, i tried using it and it banned the whole server
amx bans is also broken as hell but offers what you want
