Not sure if this breaks Valve Quickplay rules as far as "Bypassing of changing cl_disablehtmlmotd"

It doesn't because it never changes cl_disablehtmlmotd, it only queries the value.

Hi, the getplugin link does not work.

Also would this be correct in the cfg file, i assume rate is in seconds so 100 is 100 seconds right?

Code:
sm_force_html_motd_enable 1
sm_force_html_motd_rate 100
sm_force_html_motd_flag 1
Also the value is no longer in settings in CSGO, i believe you can only change it via the console now. So i guess we need to edit the phrases txt tile to remove or change those instructions.

This plugin seems to have a bug where when a player who was prompted to change their cl_disablehtmlmotd CVAR to zero will then be allowed to join a team but the number menu on the left still occupies the screen and cannot be dismissed unless replaced with another menu (I use the rules plugin and after I used !rules then closed the menu, I was able to use my number keys to switch weapons again). This happens on my CS:GO servers.

Can you please teach us how to read, so we also have the option to find the place, where this plugin is "kicking" people?
